 The FDO Developer's Guide link on the fdo.osgeo.org home page is out of
 date.

 The current one here
 (http://download.osgeo.org/fdo/3.4.0/docs/FDG_FDODevGuide.pdf) has a whole
 new chapter with code samples.

 Update the devguide link with this one.
