 I've just been building FDO 3.5 branch on my Windows 7 x64 box and I get
 bombarded with UAC prompts for UpdateVersion.exe

 This executable seems to be called quite a few times during the build
 process. What could be so malicious about an executable that (I presume)
 updates version numbers in source code files?
