 Ticket#718: Read Xml Schema: When ErrorLevel is VeryLow:

  * Skip association properties with non-existent associated classes.
  * Skip base class relationships where base class does not exist.

 Also fixed problem where descriptions for skipped classes and properties
 got assigned to feature schemas.
