 Fix various missing depedency issues seen installing/executing Linux
 binaries.

 LDAP:

 An exception occurred in FDO component. Unable to load the FDO Provider
 library '/usr/local/fdo-3.6.0/lib/libWFSProvider.so':
 /usr/local/fdo-3.6.0/lib/libFdoOws-3.6.0.so: undefined symbol:
 ldap_url_parse.
