 The PostgreSQL and SQLServerSpatial providers do native spatial filtering
 so they are able to handle selects with filters of the following form:

 ( spatial condition ) or ( non-spatial condition )

 Currently this type of filter is disallowed. This ticket will add support
 for these filters to the abovementioned providers.
