 In MapGuide Studio, when the user tries to DescribeSchema for a WFS server
 with multiple schemas, an exception is thrown from WFS provider ("Schema
 can not be found in the collection."). This exception should not be thrown
 from WFS provider, it breaks many functions in MapGuide Studio,e.g. create
 layers against WFS layer.

 Note:
 WMS has the same issue.
