 SQLite provider. Improvements:
  - Improve full describe schema and make it 10 times faster (tested
 against a database having 560 classes and 50 views)
  - Added new support for GetSchemaNames and GetClassNames commands

 (this will be in 3.7 but is not yet available to set at milestone)
