 Ticket#846:

 transfer schemas to remove to a temporary schema collection, which is not
 destroyed until after all other schemas have been
 processed. This keeps AbstractFeature's parentage around long enough for
 wfs:InsertElement.gml/_Feature to be successfully removed.
