 Build integration completed for VC10 and partially completed for VC9 in
 r6366.

 Changes were relatively straightforward.  Existing GDAL 1.7 calls are
 compatible with GDAL 1.9 so no source code changes (.cpp/.h) were required
 for the upgrade.

 Unit tests for GDAL are clean.  WMS tests partially passed.  Errors were
 due to "missing servers".
