 Just wanted to see if we can build 32-bit/64-bit trunk FDO from the same
 source tree. It fails on openssl because nmake uses the same tmp directory
 for both 32-bit and 64-bit.

 Attached is a patch to define platform-specfic tmp directories in the
 nmake calls.
