 Crash about SSE in DesignService's unit tests.[[BR]]
 The crash is due to the memory allocation in heap for SSE intrinsic is not
 16-Bytes aligned.[[BR]]
 It causes "access violation" crash, happening if allocate "rtree_iterator"
 instance in heap.
