 For RDBMS providers, the FDO_TRACE_FILE environment variable can be set to
 get a trace of all SQL statements sent by the provider to the server.
 However, the ODBC provider retrieves schema elements via ODBC API calls,
 which do not show up in the trace log. This enhancement will add the
 logging of these calls to help troubleshoot problems in describing
 schemas.
