 I tried to build FDO on Ubuntu 14.04 with gcc 4.8 and encountered a build
 error on boost.

 The error is this error: https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/8973

 Attached is a patch that fixed the above error and lets FDO be built with
 gcc 4.8
