 Solution:[[BR]]
 - Increased the size of the Description string[[BR]]
 - Changed the approach from dynamic allocation to static allocation for a
 number of members. The debugger shows ArcSDELongTransactionReader::reset
 () is corrupting memory. Therefore avoided its usage by removing its
 functionality. Note without full Map3D stack is hard to tell how exactly
 this is fixing the problem.[[BR]]
 In any case it seems to work now.
