 None of the links of http://fdo.osgeo.org/documentation.html works. I
 always get a "403 Forbidden" error.

 Also the link
 http://download.osgeo.org/fdo/3.8.0/docs/fdodocs-3.8.0_6577.tar.gz on the
 site http://fdo.osgeo.org/content/fdo-380-downloads does not work.
