 When calling the GetFeatureInfo, the format of the output can be specified
 with the method "FdoWmsIGetFeatureInfo.SetOutputFormat". Therefore the
 exact available formats per WMS server need to be known. To get the
 available formats as string collection implement a new command.
 The new command is should be similar to the existing command
 "FdoWmsCommandType_GetImageFormats" for getting the image formats.
