Comment (by christinebao):

 1. Replace libcurl folder by 7.42.1 from
 http://curl.haxx.se/download.html.
 2. In \libcurl\projects\Windows\VC11 folder, open curl-all.sln.
 3. Build "LIB Debug/Release - DLL OpenSSL" settings of project libcurl.
 4. Add "CURL_DISABLE_LDAP" in preprocessor.
 5. Because output library name and path change, update OWS project.
