 1. In mapguide, load attached sqlite Hawaii_N83_4.sqlite.
 2. In mapagent, execute Feature->SelectAggregates, Class nam = lulc_n83,
 Computed Properties = CeilPerim;Ceil(PERIMETER).
 3. Report error:
