 Reported by Autodesk QA:

 steps to reproduce:

 1. create a WFS feature source
 2. create 3 layers for 3 feature classes:

 ns189626149:realtor_neighborhoods,
 ns189626149:schools_private_pts
 ns189626149:dpt_bike_network

 3. create a map for the 3 layers
 4. create a basic (or flexible) web layout
 5. open the layout in browser
 6. select a feature
 7. then zoom in /our for servral times

 result: at some time, the features of ns189626149:realtor_neighborhoods
 are not completely loaded.
