 This same issue exists also in PostgreSQL provider and proposed solution
 would fix that too. When using this provider with Mapguide this issue
 generates errors and prevents displaying data when there is one or more
 materialized view in connected database. As a feature of PostgreSQL the
 query above lists all materialized views from system tables even if user
 doesn't have access to them.
