 We don't have content sources for the following documentation artifacts:

  - The Essential FDO
  - FDO Developer's Guide

 We will have to de-compile the existing PDF files into some plaintext
 format (markdown or rst), check these sources in and then integrate a
 documentation build tool to build new documentation artifacts from these
 checked in sources.

 We already use sphinx-doc for the MapGuide Developer's Guide (content is
 rst files). We can do the same thing here.
