 There are various FdoSpatialUtility operator methods do not handle cases
 when the geometry type is a MultiGeometry.

 This means if say a SDF file (or any FDO provider that uses
 FdoSpatialUtility for spatial predicate processing) has a feature with a
 MultiGeometry geometry instance, no kind of spatial query will match that
 feature because of these un-handled cases.
