Hi Jason !

it works...this what have i make whit this:

1. Install new PostgreSQL database 8.2.4.1 + PostGIS.
2. add postgis*.dll , edit providers.xml

...so te problme what whit postgreSQL version...before it was 8.1.x

Dependency Walker show that it was some file missing...and it was file 
from PostgreSQL 8.2.4.1 (thera are much more files :)

now it works fine...

uuufffffff. :)

thx for all.

ps. now lets test it whit Map3D 2008
