True long transactions (workspace versioning) and curves aren't
supported in PostGIS yet anyway...  I contributed some funding to a push
for curve support, but it didn't achieve critical mass.  

Perhaps once more ADSK users start to look at PostGIS there will be more
interest in these features.

The LT support as well as curve geometries were planned as another turn
but due to the fact I got behind the schedule with implementation of the

basic features set, we did not moved that far.
