[fdo-users] FDO Validation

Although not a free, it could be worthwhile to have a look at the 1Spatial
website and check out the Radius Studio 
http://www.1spatial.com/products/radius_studio/index.php

It is a rule based data (both spatial as attributes) validation engine.
