[fdo-users] Where can I find the PostGIS 8.2.5 binaries ?

OK, I misunderstood, I thought you were trying to connect to PostGIS using the OGR provider, while in fact you are using the PostGIS provider. I don't know enough about the PostGIS provider in order to help with that. I assume that if it does not load the provider DLL, the PostGIS provider DLL is missing a dependent DLL. You can try running the dependency tool (depends.exe) on the provider DLL to see if any dependency is missing.
