You don't need to add it, it is already there.  Use the Expression Builder.  Search help for "aggregate options".

I work with Autocad Map and for a new project I need to make COUNT and SUM
of several registers in Oracle (like in Arcgis is possible)
I have no idea how to add this funcionallity to my Autocad Map, anybody can
help me??
