[fdo-users] What happened to debug binary sdks?

I'm using debug FDO binaries when fully debugging FDO Toolbox. I use it to
diagnose the good ol' random System.AccessViolationExceptions that are
thrown from the wrapper API. Having debug libraries w/ pdbs gives me much
better information to work with than without.
