[fdo-users] Trying to Deploy FDO to Web

OK, I finally got this to work on production web server, though to be honest
with those reading this I have no idea how.  I went into properties on IIS
for the virtual directory, opened it, checked settings, got back out and it
started to work.  Hope this is an isolated incident.....
