Thanks for your reply 

I am sorry for my reply is being late as I was at weekend
I used FDO PostGIS provider 3.3.2 binaries instead of FDO PostGIS provider
3.4 but I still have error
The remote server returned an error: (559) MgFdoException.: 
An exception occurred in FDO component.
Unable to load the FDO Provider: The specified module could not be found.

also what about postGIS 1.3.6 ?
