This is likely not the problem - the dependency walker always reports those as missing, and you can ignore that.

I've setup the PostGIS provider 3.4 on Windows 2008 Server R1 SP2 32 bits and I'm facing the same issue as the one described here :

My dependency walker always returns 2 missing dll's (shlwapi.dll and ieframe.dll) despite the fact they are present both on system32 and in bin/FDO.
Would anyone have a solution / workaround for this ?
