Thanks, Jackie. I was able to resolve this by installing the 5.0.91 64bit
version of MySql. Previously I downloaded and installed the current release
which was 5.1.48 but I believe FDO is built against the 5.0 version.

Hi Frank,

Perhaps try loading your 64-bit MySQLProvider.dll though a 64-bit version of
depends.exe and see if it picks up your 64-bit libmysql.dll
