Yes, that's the question I need answered. Our SDE database is using ESRI's
implementation of ST_Geometry.

Well,

KingOra currently (0.8.18) supports SDO (read/write) and SDE binary (read)
on Oracle.

If you want ST_Geometry then the picture is confused as ESRI have
implemented a different ST_Geometry to Oracle.
