If looks as if MySQL is using a different version of Libz. You will have to adjust your MySQL build settings to account for this or install only the MySQL developer components and build from those files. 

Otherwise, you may wish to do some more searching on MySQL and use of libz. Googline the issue indicates that this is a common issue for users trying to build components against a locally built version of MySQL.
