Thanks Orest,

I was thrown by the Wiki page that implies you *just* need 2 DLLs - that
needs an update.
So eventually I had the Arc 9.3 SP1 Oracle client installed that set-up the
SDEHOME variable and should have all the files you reference below ... but
I'll check.

Maybe I should add the SDEHOME install to the path.
I'll update this thread once I know more information.
