I assume you are using the experimental SharpMap FDO provider that I wrote
some time ago, and is available for download on the FDO Toolbox project
site? Please note it was nothing more than a proof-of-concept.

Anyway, the problem is that your connection string is wrong. For the SDF
provider, the file parameter is "File", not "DefaultFileLocation"
