I found!

must define the name of the feature class like this: OracleSchema ~ ~
FeatureClass Geometry_property.

For my example it gives:
*IInsert cmdInsert conn.CreateCommand =
(OSGeo.FDO.Commands.CommandType.CommandType_Insert) as IInsert;
cmdInsert.SetFeatureClassName ("FDO ~ ~ BDP_CLASS GEOM");*
