[fdo-users] Build Fdo by using gdal 1.9.1

FDO 3.7 *beta1* uses GDAL 1.7

The current branch of FDO 3.7 uses GDAL 1.9

Are you building from a beta1 source tarball? That has GDAL 1.7. If you do a
svn checkout of the 3.7 branch, it will have GDAL 1.9
