[fdo-users] FDO and signed assemblies

I was going to suggest some ilasm/ildasm trickery to sign the FDO assemblies,
but then I realised the FDO assemblies are mixed mode unlike their MapGuide
brethren and may not exactly work in this case.

I'll put this out there anyway, we use this ilasm/ildasm technique to sign
our MapGuide .net assemblies for nuget packaging. Here's the source code for
the signing utility we use:

Not sure if the same technique can be applied for FDO assemblies, so it be
interesting to know if this technique works for FDO as well.
