[fdo-users] building FDO 4.2.36 from sources

Hello,
I'm trying to build FDO 4.2.36 from sources. I got it from here:
https://www.autodesk.com/company/legal-notices-trademarks/open-source-distribution

(Why is it missed here: http://download.osgeo.org/fdo/ ?)

>From instruction OpenSourceBuild__README.txt I'm running:
1) setenvironment.bat amd64
2)build_thirdparty.bat -p=x64

and got next error(s) on that step:
D:\FDO_4_2_36\Thirdparty\apache\xalan\src\xalanc/Include/PlatformDefinitions.hpp(22):
fatal error Cannot open include file: xercesc/util/XercesDefs.hpp: No such
file or directory
[D:\FDO_4_2_36\Thirdparty\apache\xalan\projects\Win32\VC9\Utils\MsgCreator\MsgCreator.vcxproj]
