[fdo-users] where is FdoRdbmsLpTable declared?

Hello,

Where is "FdoRdbmsLpTable" declared? I'm trying to build
SchemaMgr_LPNew.lib.

"FDO\Utilities\SchemaMgr\Inc\Sm\Lp\JoinTreeNode.h" includes "Table.h", which
probably should be in the same folder, but there is no such file, moreover,
there is no such class in whole my FDO directory.
Am I missing smt?

I got fdo from:
http://download.osgeo.org/fdo/4.0.0/release/adsk/M040/source/
