Yes, that is the location I was thinking of.

However, now that I think a bit more, I believe you can already convert
AGF<->WKB using the existing AgfGeometryFactory class.  See
Fdo\Inc\Geometry\Fgf\Factory.h , specifically the methods
CreateGeometryFromWkb() and GetWkb().
