FDO bugs, fixes and reviewing

Folks,

I have committed a small changes to the fdogdal unittest .vcproj file to
fix an apparent bug.

Is there a review process for bug fixes on fdo subprojects?

I created a defect for the issue.  Do I just go ahead and close it now
that the problem is fixed?

Would the process be more different if I was working on fdocore?
