2 versions of MySqlTestRegister.cpp

Hi,

There are two versions of (almost) the same file:

UnitTest\MySqlTestRegister.cpp - for Linux
UnitTest\MySql\MySqlTestRegister.cpp - for Windows

Both files are have the same name and used for the same purpose.
The only difference is additional function and include headers for Linux.

Why not to merge these files into UnitTest\MySql\MySqlTestRegister.cpp
and support Linux/Windows specifics by conditional compilation?
