Thank you for detailed explanation. Honestly, I've not known about $hs,
so I'd use $s :-)
I'd like to confirm additional but related detail, as I see the
FdoCommonNlsUtil::NLSGetMessage() function is only in versions for
char-string and there is no wide-char version.
Right?
