FDO on Core 5

Good evening,

I'm having the same problems with building FDO 3.0.0 on Fedora Core 5
as Marcus has.

On the mapguide mailing list, there is a workaround for the "extra qualification"-
errors Marcus gets, see this link:

But using this tip only leads to other "extra qualification"-errors coming up
later in the compilation process which can't be fixed that easily (at least not by me).

I'm using GCC 4.1.1.

Could there be any other problem except the compiler-version?
