[fdo-dev] Standard exceptions handling practice

Hi,

One more question about exceptions.
What's the policy of memory error handling?
I know it's a *very* rare situation to face these kind of errors
and there is no graceful way to recover from "no memory"
than program termination but I'm just curious and
I'd like to know what rules should I follow.
So:
- what's the policy about 'nothrow' usage
- what's the policy about handling 'std::bad_alloc'
