OK, that explains why the TestRunner is not compiled but why it's still
required by FDO Unit Tests?

I build fdocore as follows:


.\build_thirdparty.bat -a=buildinstall -o=C:\fdo -c=debug

.\build.bat -a=buildinstall -o=C:\fdo -c=debug

I updated my working copy yesterday and it's revision 386.
