Hi Mateusz,

I believe you have an old version and you didn't update this file
(Fdo\UnitTest.vcproj) because you have defined __CPPUNIT_MFC_AP in
PreprocessorDefinitions from VC++
Remove __CPPUNIT_MFC_AP or update the file from SVN.

Both, I tested both build configurations:

setenvironment.bat

1.
build_thirdparty.bat -c=debug
build.bat -c=debug

1. build_thirdparty.bat
build.bat

Note, I build from command line (not IDE) and I don't have any env
variables set, besides those configured by setenvironment.bat script.
