  Here's what's happening...
- a new SDF is created
- it reads the first entity (from the input SDF) and adds it to the new SDF
- it reads the second entity, and tries to add it to the new SDF
- since it has an identical key -- an exception results
- so we create an FdoISelect command to retrieve the first entity just added (to merge with the second entity)
- BUT the FdoISelect command is unable to return the first entity!!!
